Through Contio, Benny processes meeting conversations in real time; we never store or record audio of your meetings in the cloud. If we need to buffer audio, we encrypt it and store it on your local device.

Contio keeps Benny’s AI processing inside our secure private cloud, using a mix of open-source and proprietary models on infrastructure we control. Customer meeting and case data is kept out of the foundation-model companies’ training pipelines.
What happens when I connect my Google or Microsoft account?

Are my meetings recorded by Benny or Contio?
No. Benny uses Contio to process conversations in real time and create notes, action items, and insights, but neither Benny nor Contio records or stores meeting audio.
Will you use my data to improve Benny or Contio?
Your meeting audio and Benny workspace content are not used to train foundation AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how Contio handles and protects customer information.
Will you train foundation AI models on my data?
No. Contio does not use customer data to train foundation AI models, and Benny’s AI processing happens within our secure private cloud.
