After the meeting, Contio logs your meeting notes and action items to the right record automatically, so your evenings and weekends aren’t spent on CRM data entry.

What’s the newest feature in Contio?

The newest release is the Contio API and Contio MCP, which connect your meetings to the AI tools you already use. The API lets you build on your own meetings, action items, and agendas, with real-time webhooks; Contio MCP connects your meetings to assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor in a click. The API is available on every plan, and the one-click hosted MCP and webhooks come with Pro and up.

Can I connect Contio to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor?

Yes. Contio MCP connects your meetings to the AI tools you already use, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. The one-click hosted MCP is available on the Pro, Elite, and Enterprise plans; you can also self-host your own MCP server on any plan. Once connected, your assistant can work across every meeting: ask questions, draft follow-ups, and prep for calls, not just a single transcript.

Does Contio have an API?

Yes. Contio offers a self-serve User & Workspace API for building integrations, automations, and AI-agent workflows on your own meetings, action items, and agendas, with real-time webhooks. The API is available on every plan, and full documentation lives at docs.contio.ai/user-api. We also have a Partner API for companies interested in adding all of the capabilities of an AI meeting OS into their product.

Is Questions to Answer available on every plan?

Questions to Answer is an Elite-plan feature. On other plans you’ll see the agenda item’s title and description, and the live question checklist unlocks when you upgrade to Elite.

Does Contio integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. Contio’s Salesforce integration is bi-directional: it automatically logs your meeting notes and action items to the right Salesforce record, and it can pull Salesforce data back into Contio to inform a meeting agenda, answer questions in real time, or add context to a Canvas.

Instead of the meeting ending and the work starting from a blank page, the conversation flows straight into what comes next.

Does Contio use a bot or record my meetings?

No. Contio works quietly in the background, with no bot joining your meeting and no audio recorded. AI processing happens in Contio’s secure private cloud, and your data is never used to train AI models.
